Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reliable transportation to riders using the CityRide Connect platform
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle meeting all safety standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service with friendly, professional interactions
- Optimize routes using the app’s navigation tools for efficient pickups/drop-offs
- Complete trip logs and maintain accurate earnings documentation
- Adhere to all Jacksonville traffic laws and CityRide policies
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance service quality
Qualifications
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with at least 1 year of clean driving record
- Reliable 4-door vehicle (2010 or newer) in good condition
- Smartphone compatible with CityRide Connect app
- Basic smartphone proficiency for app navigation and communication
- Ability to pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Strong customer service mindset and communication skills
