Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers using rideshare platforms in Detroit metro area
- Maintain clean, well-maintained vehicle meeting all safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service during all rides
- Optimize routes using navigation apps for efficient pickups/drop-offs
- Report incidents and maintain accurate trip records
- Complete weekly performance reviews with mentorship team
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance service quality
Qualifications
- Valid Michigan driver’s license with clean driving record
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Reliable 4-door vehicle (2010 or newer)
- Smartphone with data plan
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic smartphone navigation skills
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends/nights
