Responsibilities
- Operate box trucks safely and efficiently on regional routes
- Manage cargo loading/unloading with proper securing protocols
- Maintain detailed delivery logs and vehicle maintenance records
- Optimize routes using our digital dispatch system
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries
- Comply with DOT regulations and safety standards
- Coordinate with dispatch team for timely pickups/deliveries
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL or willingness to obtain during training
- Basic mechanical knowledge for routine inspections
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must own or purchase box truck (financing options available)
