Responsibilities
- Operate 26ft box trucks to transport freight safely and efficiently across the region.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
- Load and unload cargo using proper equipment to prevent damage.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain digital signatures upon completion of routes.
- Complete daily logbooks and maintain accurate delivery records.
- Provide exceptional customer service to shippers and receivers.
- Adhere strictly to all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding route changes or delays.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Basic computer literacy for logging hours and using navigation software.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to punctuality.
- Willingness to participate in our paid training program.
- U.S. Citizenship or valid legal work authorization required.
