Responsibilities
- Pick up and drop off passengers in a safe and timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Follow GPS navigation and route instructions accurately to ensure efficiency.
- Keep the vehicle clean, presentable, and well-maintained between trips.
- Process payments and collect necessary trip information securely.
- Adhere to all local traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old (or 18 for certain ride-share services).
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 5 years).
- Access to a reliable vehicle (2010 model year or newer) or financing options available.
- Smartphone capable of running the required driver application (iOS or Android).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic English proficiency for communication with passengers.
