Responsibilities
- Operate a 26ft box truck to transport goods safely and efficiently across the local region.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper securing and accurate documentation.
- Maintain accurate logs and adhere to electronic logging device (ELD) regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and shippers at every stop.
- Keep the truck clean and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
- Must own a 26ft Box Truck.
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Current Motor Carrier (MC) Number and DOT Number (if applicable).
- Valid DOT physical and medical card.
- 1+ years of experience in local or regional trucking.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
