Responsibilities
- Safe and efficient delivery of goods using company-provided box trucks
- Route planning and optimization for on-time deliveries across Richmond and surrounding areas
- Vehicle maintenance coordination and daily pre-trip inspections
- Customer service excellence and professional client interactions
- Electronic logging system compliance and documentation
- Collaboration with dispatch team for load coordination
- Adherence to DOT regulations and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years box truck or commercial driving experience
- Strong knowledge of Richmond area and Virginia roadways
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Excellent time management and communication abilities
- Reliable smartphone with GPS capabilities
