Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks for time-sensitive deliveries across North Carolina
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintenance documentation
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to maximize efficiency
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and client communication records
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch for real-time load adjustments
- Represent company brand through professional appearance and service
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic cargo securement knowledge (preferred)
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Must have reliable smartphone for communication apps
