Responsibilities
- Operate 26ft Box Trucks to transport freight safely and efficiently within the Dallas metroplex and surrounding regions.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical safety and compliance.
- Load and unload cargo securely, adhering to weight distribution and safety regulations.
- Plan and optimize routes to minimize fuel consumption and delivery delays.
- Maintain accurate Electronic Logging Device (ELD) logs and all necessary paperwork.
- Provide exceptional customer service during pickups and deliveries.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record).
- Proof of current DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate.
- Ownership of a 26ft Box Truck (or ability to finance through our leasing program).
- Current insurance and liability coverage.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs during loading/unloading operations.
