Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks and trailers safely and efficiently during night hours.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance.
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment, ensuring weight distribution is correct.
- Maintain accurate records using Electronic Logging Devices (ELD) and daily logs.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations, company policies, and traffic laws.
- Provide exceptional customer service during pickups and deliveries.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A required.
- Must possess a clean driving record (MVR check).
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM).
- Strong knowledge of Miami and South Florida roadways.
- Ability to lift and move freight weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Professionalism, punctuality, and strong communication skills.
