Responsibilities
- Safely transport students to/from school and extracurricular activities
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain a positive, disciplined environment on the bus
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and school district policies
- Communicate effectively with parents, students, and staff
- Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records
- Assist students with mobility needs and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid Texas Driver's License (CDL training provided)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to sit for extended periods and climb stairs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, patient, and safety-conscious mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work early morning and afternoon shifts
