Responsibilities
- Transport passengers safely and professionally to their requested destinations in a timely manner.
- Utilize the mobile application to receive ride requests, navigate to pickup points, and manage payments.
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle that meets our cleanliness and safety standards.
- Assist passengers with luggage, strollers, or special needs when required.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, parking regulations, and local traffic rules.
- Provide excellent customer service, including a friendly demeanor and clear communication.
- Keep accurate records of your driving hours and earnings within the app.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations in the last 3 years).
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle in good working condition (sedan, SUV, or similar).
- Current smartphone with a data plan (iOS or Android) and a data-enabled GPS.
- Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
- Strong navigation skills and ability to follow GPS directions accurately.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
