Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks for long-haul routes across the continental U.S.
- Adhere strictly to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate trip logs and delivery documentation.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status.
- Represent Pacific Coast Transport professionally at all customer locations.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL (or willingness to obtain through our sponsored training program).
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years.
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening.
- Basic computer skills for electronic logging devices (ELD).
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
- Willingness to travel for 5-7 day stretches with guaranteed home time.
