Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks (Class A) to transport goods safely and efficiently to designated destinations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety compliance and cargo integrity.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and all necessary shipping paperwork.
- Load and unload cargo using proper equipment, ensuring weight distribution is correct.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and potential delays.
Qualifications
- Valid US Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable driving experience in the last 3 years.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT physical).
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Flexibility to work night shifts (10pm - 7am) and weekends as required.
