Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van refrigerated) during overnight shifts
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Plan efficient routes using GPS navigation systems
- Complete accurate delivery documentation and inspections
- Communicate with dispatch and clients regarding shipment status
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and preventative maintenance schedules
- Support warehouse loading/unloading operations as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years' experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of Philadelphia metro area and surrounding states
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (typically 8 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Excellent time management and communication abilities
