Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B CDL) to transport goods on scheduled routes
- Plan efficient delivery routes while adhering to traffic regulations and delivery windows
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for compliance
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-trip to ensure operational safety and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues proactively
- Adhere to company safety protocols and industry regulations
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and operate loading equipment
- Strong knowledge of Fresno County road networks and surrounding areas
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Basic proficiency with mobile delivery tracking systems
