Responsibilities
- Safely operate tractor-trailers and box trucks for local/regional routes
- Adhere to DOT regulations and maintain meticulous trip logs
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Load/unload cargo efficiently using pallet jacks and dollies
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and warehouse teams
- Navigate Philadelphia metro area and surrounding regions
- Ensure temperature-sensitive cargo integrity when required
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Flexibility for overnight shifts (8 PM - 6 AM)
- Familiarity with Philadelphia traffic patterns
