Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and trailers in all weather conditions.
- Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Load and unload cargo securely using proper equipment (forklift, pallet jack).
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and compliance documents.
- Adhere to all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status and issues.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with the required endorsements.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable truck driving experience.
- Current Medical Certificate and DOT physical.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no serious traffic violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina required to lift, push, pull, and maneuver cargo.
