Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks (Class A or B) safely and efficiently during assigned night shifts.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure DOT compliance.
- Secure cargo loads and perform proper loading/unloading procedures.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging devices (ELD) and paperwork in strict adherence to FMCSA regulations.
- Navigate routes efficiently to meet delivery deadlines while prioritizing safety.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding pickup and delivery status.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Current Medical Examiner’s Certificate (MEC).
- Clean driving record with no DUIs or major violations in the last 3 years.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work flexible night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
