Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages/food orders to residential and commercial addresses
- Maintain strict adherence to delivery time windows and route optimization
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Operate company-provided vehicles responsibly and maintain cleanliness
- Document delivery status and resolve customer inquiries professionally
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading operations at distribution centers
Qualifications
- Valid US driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery app navigation
- Weekend availability (6 AM - 10 PM shifts)
- Basic knowledge of Washington DC metropolitan area
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
