Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van, refrigerated, or flatbed) during overnight shifts
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols at all times
- Load/unload freight with proper equipment and documentation
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and mileage records
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Navigate efficiently through San Antonio metro routes and surrounding areas
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years verifiable experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong knowledge of San Antonio geography and TX roadways
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Flexibility for occasional weekend/holiday shifts
- Refrigerated or hazmat endorsements preferred
