Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages within designated Los Angeles zones using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery records and digital tracking through our proprietary mobile app
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet time commitments
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with warehouse operations when not on delivery routes
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and app usage
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic GPS navigation experience
