Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks for overnight deliveries across Texas and surrounding states
- Maintain accurate electronic logs and comply with FMCSA regulations
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report vehicle maintenance needs
- Secure and verify cargo to prevent damage during transit
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Adapt to changing routes and delivery schedules in real-time
- Uphold strict safety standards in all driving conditions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Familiarity with DOT regulations and electronic logging devices
- Strong navigation skills and GPS proficiency
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and secure cargo
- No major preventable accidents in the past 3 years
- Pass background check and drug screening
