Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks for overnight freight deliveries throughout Denver metro and surrounding areas
- Perform pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and timelines
- Secure and unload freight at various distribution centers and customer sites
- Document delivery information and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse staff
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Denver metro roadways and mountain pass navigation
- Pass federal background check and drug screening
- Ability to work independently in overnight hours
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Excellent time management and route optimization abilities
