Responsibilities
- Operate Class A tractor-trailers on designated overnight routes throughout the Midwest.
- Ensure the safe and timely delivery of freight to all customer locations.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (DVIR).
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and delivery paperwork.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and company traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable OTR driving experience.
- Must pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam and drug screen.
- Excellent driving record with no recent DUI/DWI violations.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
