Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers on overnight routes
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate HOS logs and compliance documentation
- Load/unload cargo with proper securement techniques
- Collaborate with dispatch for route optimization
- Respond to mechanical issues per protocol
- Adhere to all FMCSA regulations
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license required
- 2+ years OTR experience
- Clean MVR (no major violations in 3 years)
- Pass DOT physical and drug screen
- Hazmat endorsement preferred
- Proficient with ELD technology
- Strong safety record
- Ability to work independently
