Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks for overnight deliveries to Boston, MA, and Virginia routes
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate electronic logs
- Adhere to HOS regulations and DOT compliance standards
- Load/unload cargo with precision using advanced equipment
- Communicate with dispatch teams and clients in real-time
- Minimize delivery times through strategic route optimization
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean MVR
- 2+ years OTR or regional driving experience
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM schedule)
- HAZMAT endorsement preferred (training provided if needed)
- Ability to pass rigorous background/drug screenings
- Proficiency with ELD systems and GPS navigation
- Physical stamina for loading/unloading 50+ lb freight
