Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks to transport goods across Austin metropolitan area
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Manage delivery documentation and electronic logging systems
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and clients
- Ensure timely deliveries during overnight hours
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Familiarity with Austin traffic patterns
- Basic knowledge of electronic logging devices
