Responsibilities
- Operate tractor-trailers for overnight freight delivery across PA/NJ/DE tri-state area
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Safely load/unload cargo using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Adhere to HOS regulations and DOT compliance standards
- Communicate delivery status with dispatch and clients
- Document delivery exceptions and maintain shipment records
- Operate in all weather conditions on designated routes
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- 2+ years commercial trucking experience
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Philadelphia metro area highways
- Flexibility for irregular overnight schedules
- hazmat endorsement preferred
- Experience with reefers and flatbeds a plus
