Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks (53' dry van) during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Load/unload freight with proper equipment and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to DOT regulations and Denver traffic ordinances
- Communicate with dispatch team via satellite tracking systems
- Ensure timely delivery of goods across Denver metropolitan area
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years of tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Denver metro roadways and delivery zones
- Basic smartphone proficiency for mobile apps
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts during peak seasons
