Responsibilities
- Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently, ensuring all items are accounted for.
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles on designated routes throughout the Wichita area.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers during the delivery process.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Verify delivery addresses and collect payments or signatures as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle interior.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or equivalent state driver's license.
- Must have a clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations in the past 3 years.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
- Physically capable of lifting packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
