Responsibilities
- Safe and timely delivery of packages to residential and commercial addresses throughout Washington, DC.
- Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through professional and friendly interactions.
- Performing daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Accurately logging delivery information, proof of deliveries, and mileage into the company handheld system.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (e.g., 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM) including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Proficiency with smartphones and tablet applications for navigation and digital signatures.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Reliable access to a personal vehicle (if required by role).
