Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver goods across Oakland and surrounding areas during night shifts
- Perform pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs
- Coordinate with dispatchers for efficient route planning and real-time updates
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related issues professionally
- Ensure compliance with all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in various weather conditions
- Strong time management and navigation skills
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
- Pass background check and drug screening
