Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and digital tracking systems using our proprietary mobile app
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and resolve delivery issues professionally
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize routes and ensure on-time performance
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist with sorting and organizing packages at the distribution center during shift start/end
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience or equivalent delivery background
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and navigate stairs with packages
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently overnight
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps and basic digital tools
- Pass background check and drug screening (company-mandated)
- Flexible availability for weekend and holiday shifts as needed
- Local Memphis area knowledge highly preferred
