Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver premium packages, food, and medical supplies to residential and commercial locations during overnight hours
- Optimize delivery routes using our proprietary GPS system to maintain 95%+ on-time performance
- Maintain pristine vehicle condition through daily inspections and preventive maintenance checks
- Handle cash transactions and digital payments with 100% accuracy while maintaining customer confidentiality
- Resolve delivery exceptions and customer inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and traffic regulations during all operations
- Complete detailed delivery logs and incident reports using our mobile app system
Qualifications
- Valid Class C driver's license with clean MVR (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience with commercial vehicle operation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and operate in all weather conditions
- Proficiency with smartphone apps and basic navigation systems
- Exceptional time management and route optimization skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight shifts
- Strong communication skills for interacting with diverse clientele
