Responsibilities
- Perform safe and efficient local delivery of packages and parcels to residential and commercial addresses.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols during night shifts.
- Ensure all deliveries are made on time and with a high level of customer service.
- Inspect vehicle condition before and after routes to report any maintenance needs.
- Utilize handheld delivery devices and GPS navigation tools accurately.
- Handle packages with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery updates.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts and weekends as required.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and app-based communication.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Residency in or willingness to travel within the Tampa, FL area.
