Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in the Tampa area during the night shift.
- Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift to ensure safety and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Utilize the company's mobile app to navigate routes, manage delivery schedules, and update customer status in real-time.
- Provide excellent customer service by adhering to a professional dress code and maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Ensure all deliveries are made within the specified time window and handle special handling instructions (e.g., fragile items) with care.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized to ensure efficiency throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) required.
- Clean driving record with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic smartphone proficiency (iOS or Android) to operate the delivery application.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
