Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Efficiently navigate Atlanta's metropolitan area using GPS technology
- Verify package integrity and obtain customer signatures
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and customers
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading operations as needed
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (Class B preferred)
- Clean driving record (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- Minimum 1 year delivery or commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 60 pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Atlanta roadways and traffic patterns
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery apps
