Responsibilities
- Perform safe and timely delivery of packages to residential and commercial addresses across the San Francisco Bay Area.
- Verify the condition of cargo upon pickup and delivery, noting any damages immediately.
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional demeanor and adhering to delivery protocols.
- Utilize company-provided handheld devices for route planning, navigation, and electronic proof of delivery.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections, including cleaning and refueling, to ensure optimal performance.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company safety policies, and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class C or higher) with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Proficient with smartphone technology for GPS navigation and electronic logs.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently without supervision.
- Must be available to work nights, including weekends and holidays.
