Responsibilities
- Safe Delivery: Navigate city streets and highways to deliver packages to customers in a safe and timely manner.
- Vehicle Care: Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in excellent working order.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers, handle returns, and ensure every delivery meets our quality standards.
- Technology: Utilize handheld devices for scanning, tracking, and updating delivery status in real-time.
- Load Management: Safely load and secure cargo to prevent damage during transit.
- Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies strictly.
Qualifications
- License: Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Age: Must be at least 21 years old.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical: Ability to lift and carry packages up to 70 lbs repeatedly.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Experience: Previous delivery experience is a plus, but we provide paid training for the right candidates.
