Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages safely and efficiently at various drop-off locations.
- Navigate pre-planned routes using GPS and delivery software to ensure on-time arrivals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling packages with care and communicating professionally.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate delivery logs.
- Resolve minor customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to the dispatch team.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or valid state driver's license.
- Must possess a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Basic proficiency with smartphones and delivery management apps.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a professional demeanor.
