Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Inspect delivery vehicle for any mechanical issues or damage before and after each shift.
- Load and unload packages efficiently using hand-trucks, dollies, and pallet jacks.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Maintain a high level of customer service during face-to-face interactions and phone calls.
- Manage delivery paperwork and digital proof-of-delivery systems accurately.
- Report any delivery exceptions or damaged goods immediately to the dispatch team.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic computer literacy for using handheld devices and navigation apps.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable personal transportation to and from the local facility.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
