Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods throughout Miami-Dade County
- Verify delivery accuracy and obtain customer signatures for all shipments
- Maintain clean and organized vehicle appearance, including daily inspections
- Utilize GPS technology to optimize routes and ensure timely deliveries
- Communicate delivery status updates to dispatch and customers
- Assist with loading/unloading operations and inventory management
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record (no more than 2 minor violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of delivery or commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong customer service skills with professional communication abilities
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery apps
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of Miami area streets and traffic patterns preferred
