Job Summary
As a Night Shift Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to our customers. You will ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and maintain the integrity of our delivery fleet while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport packages to designated residential and commercial locations.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers during every delivery.
- Follow assigned routes efficiently to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery truck and interior at all times.
- Document mileage, fuel, and any incidents accurately in the daily log.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class B or equivalent) and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Physical ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and route planning.
- Strong communication skills and a professional customer service attitude.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
