Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in the Jacksonville area.
- Utilize handheld devices to manage delivery routes and confirm customer signatures.
- Ensure packages are handled with care to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior at all times.
- Interact professionally with customers to ensure a positive unboxing experience.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical safety.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 minor violations in the last 3 years).
- Pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM).
- Comfortable using smartphone apps for navigation and delivery confirmations.
- Physically capable of lifting packages weighing up to 70 lbs repeatedly.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or hold a valid Green Card.
