Responsibilities
- Execute safe and timely delivery of packages to residential and commercial addresses during the night shift.
- Inspect delivery vehicles prior to and after shifts to ensure mechanical safety and cleanliness.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers, resolving any delivery issues or concerns on-site.
- Accurately manage and process delivery paperwork and digital logs (e.g., handheld devices).
- Maintain a high level of organization to ensure all stops are completed efficiently within the allotted time window.
- Perform light loading and unloading of cargo, ensuring items are secured properly.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) with a clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld delivery terminals or GPS navigation systems.
- Physical stamina to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
