Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods across Phoenix metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic tracking systems
- Inspect vehicles before/after shifts to ensure optimal safety and performance
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and timelines
- Handle fragile or temperature-sensitive shipments with specialized protocols
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong knowledge of Phoenix area streets and navigation systems
- Availability to work night shifts (typically 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Reliable transportation to/from shift location
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
