Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Load and unload the delivery vehicle using proper lifting techniques to ensure safety.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain signatures for all COD (Cash on Delivery) orders.
- Inspect the vehicle daily for maintenance needs and report any issues immediately.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service by being courteous and professional.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 7 years).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to navigate routes efficiently.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for logging deliveries and communicating.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
