Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles (Class A or B) during designated night shifts.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure 100% compliance with safety regulations.
- Load and unload cargo efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques.
- Plan and execute daily delivery routes to ensure on-time arrivals and fuel efficiency.
- Interact professionally with customers, handle payments, and resolve any delivery issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate logs and digital records in compliance with DOT and company policies.
- Keep the vehicle clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B (Mandatory).
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEL).
- Valid DOT Medical Card and fingerprinting (if applicable for your license class).
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
