Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, or merchandise to residential and commercial locations across Philadelphia
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures as required
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Represent the company professionally through courteous communication and appearance
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments and inventory management as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Philadelphia streets and neighborhoods
- Reliable transportation to and from shift location
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS and communication apps
- Pass background check and drug screening
